What we saw
A team starts out with energy and a group chat. A week later the best idea is 400 messages up, the tasks live in another app and the AI helper knows about neither.
Mellos puts the board, the agents and the chat in one project. You mention an agent, it adds work to the board, and the team decides what stays.
