How much does Mellos cost?
Mellos is free for a team of up to 3 people. Pro costs $5 a month for up to 10 people and Business $20 a month for any number, and the price covers the whole project rather than each person. Every plan has every module; bigger plans add AI credits, storage and mailboxes. Enterprise is agreed individually.
Every plan has the board, the canvas, docs, goals, the calendar, chat and the whole agent library. Everyone in the project gets access to its plan.

What's an AI credit?
One answer from an agent costs 1 credit on the fast model, 3 on balanced and 10 on the most capable. Credits come back on the 1st of every month. When they run out, agents wait; everything else keeps working.
Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything. What's over the limit stays; only adding more stops.
Is the price per person?
No. A plan belongs to a project (a team) and covers everyone in it, up to the plan's number of people.
Who pays?
One admin of the project. Payments go through Polar. The full amount is shown before you confirm the purchase.
What happens when the AI credits run out?
Agents wait until the 1st of the next month, or until you move to a bigger plan. The board, notes, docs and chat keep working.
Can we change or cancel the plan?
Yes, any time, in the project's settings. A cancelled plan lasts until the end of the paid period, and nothing is deleted.
