What is Mellos?
Mellos is a project workspace for new teams and startups: a task board, notes canvas, docs and files, goals, a calendar, team chat and email inboxes in one project, with AI agents that each have one job. It runs in the browser and is free for a team of up to 3 people.
When can I start?
Now: sign up, make a project and invite your team. It's free for up to three people.
How much does it cost?
Mellos is free for a team of up to 3 people. Pro is $5 a month and Business $20 a month, for the whole project rather than per person; they add people, AI credits, storage and mailboxes. Enterprise is agreed individually.
Can I bring my team?
Yes, Mellos is made for teams. Invite the people working on your project from its settings.
Which languages does Mellos have?
English and Polish: the site, the app and the emails. Each person picks their own.
Agents
What is an agent in Mellos?
An AI helper with one role, such as marketing or planning. It works inside your project and adds its results to the board.
Can we write our own agents?
Yes. A project can have agents of its own, with instructions you write: 1 on Free, 10 on Pro and as many as you like on Business, next to the library of ready-made agents.
Do agents act on their own?
Only when asked: an agent starts when someone on the team mentions it, and anything it adds can be edited or deleted. The one exception is the weekly summary, which an agent writes every Monday if the project's admins turn it on.
What does the Neutral critic do?
It looks for risks and weak assumptions instead of agreeing with you, and suggests a fix for every problem it finds.

Do we have to use the agents?
No. Every module is optional. Admins choose what the team uses.
Who can add agents to a project?
Admins decide. They can keep it to themselves or let everyone on the team add agents.
Data and privacy
What do you do with my email?
We use it to sign you in and for the emails you choose in Settings, never for ads.
Does Mellos train AI on my data?
No. We don't train AI models on your data, and the providers whose models answer for the agents process it only to answer, under business terms that don't let them train on it.
How do I delete my account?
In Settings → Account, choose “Delete my account”. What's only yours is deleted, paid plans run to the end of the period you paid for, and what you made in shared projects stays there without your name. You can download your data on the same page first.
